Dear Saints,

"He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked." 1 John 2:6

Vacation Bible Camp Walking With Jesus Theme

We thank you for your prayers during last week's camp.  God is faithful, and He continues to bless His work as He carries us through.  The theme before us was "Walking with Jesus," oh how we need to stay focused on our Savior as we walk this scene.

There were 229 campers during the week.  The majority of the camp were children and young people/adults between ages 3-30.  Counselors came from Switzerland, Germany, Canada, NC, SC, WA, NJ and CA.  We thank the Lord for their help and trust that He will use this experience to build them up for service at home.

Several stayed behind each evening during the gospel.  Some stayed behind for reassurance, they had already been saved and we were able to share some verses with them to assure them of such.  Others stayed behind for prayer for a challenging circumstance they were personally dealing with.  There were also at least 7 who received the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, and another 12 who were baptized on the last evening of camp!

The ministry continued this year to those who may have a parent who is incarcerated and others who are in the foster care community.  We were so thankful to see some who had been at camp last year who returned this year.  Please continue to pray for the seed the Lord planted in these hearts and homes, that they may bring forth much fruit for His honor and glory.

On the last evening of camp, we shared a video (brother Gideon singing) of our dear brother Gideon Levytam who had served at camp for many, many years.  We continue in prayer for sister Irene and the rest of the family.

We thank the Lord that He met our needs and ask that you pray earnestly for the young people who attended, that they may have a sincere desire to walk with Jesus each day.

In the will of the Lord, the dates for 2026 will be July 12-17.

On behalf of the admin team,

"Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God." 1 Thess 4:1
