About Vacation Bible Camp
For over 50 years, Vacation Bible Camp (VBC) has been a blessing to many young people and families. The camp is administered by a group of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, and held at a facility east of San Diego, Pine Valley Bible Camp & Conference Center. Keep reading below for some great information about this unique opportunity to go to Bible camp!
When is camp?
Camp starts on Sunday evening, July 13th, and ends on Friday morning, July 18th. There is a chaperoned bus ride to and from camp that leaves from Orange County, available to those who need it.
Do we sleep outside in tents?
No. Kids who are 8-17 stay in a cabin with other campers their age and at least two counselors. The counselors are assigned to their cabins, young people are supervised for the whole day.
What do we do each day?
Mornings: breakfast, singing, Bible lessons, morning activities (outdoors or in the craft room)
Afternoons: lunch, more activities (for example: swimming, obstacle course, dodgeball)
Evenings: dinner, singing and Bible message, evening activities
How much does it cost?
As a ministry of Grace and Truth, sponsorship for up to 15 foster children is offered for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be sure to use the code FOSTER2025 in your registration application.
A form will be required to certify that attendees meet the minimum requirements for life at camp as we are not able to provide one-on-one care or special-needs assistance beyond what most schools typically offer.
